How far ahead do I need to book Flashy Owl Photo Booth before my event?
The earlier the better to ensure your event date is available, but we will work with you no matter how last minute if we have the availability!
How do I check availability?
You can easily check our booth availability by giving Kayla a call or text at 785-250-8238 or by emailing us your event date at flashyowlpb@gmail.com.
When are my payments due?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This secures your event date and does go toward your final bill. The remainder is due two weeks before your event date. Although the deposit is non-refundable, it is transferable to another date.
How much space is needed for the booth?
Flashy Owl Photo Booth requires a minimum of a 10ft L x 10ft W x 8ft H space to ensure we have enough room for the booth, prop table and equipment.
How much time is needed for setup/am I charged for setup time?
We require at least one hour for setup time for our Open Air booth and 2 hours for our Enclosed Booth. We do not charge for this time.
Will an attendant be present at the booth?
There will be 1-2 attendants present at all of Flashy Owl's photo booth rentals.
How far do you travel?
We travel to anywhere 30 miles outside of the Topeka area with no extra charge. An event further than 30 miles outside of the Topeka area has a small upcharge fee for travel costs. Contact us for a quote!
