About Us

    We are a mother-daughter duo.  We have known for a long time that we wanted to be in business together.  As soon as we had the idea of a photo booth, we knew this was the right suit for us. We are both very excited to be a part of your special day and bring a fun time to your event.  

Where did we get our name? 

    One very important part to us is our name.  People ask us all the time, "Why did you choose Flashy Owl Photo Booth as your name?"  So here is a little story: We wanted to incorporate our Mom/Grandma in our name somehow.  She passed away in 2016. She meant the world to us and was our best friend. We are who we are today because of her.  One of our favorite things to do was to sit outside by a fire at night. We would hear owls "hoot" and so we had this game where we would take turns hooting back at the owls to see who they "liked" more.  We shared so many laughs and have so many memories of those moments. We both had no doubt that Flashy Owl Photo Booth is the name for us. Some say that when cardinals appear, angels are near. For us, we know she is here when an owl is near.
